An expected delivery date for your order will be sent to the email address supplied on the PayPal account used for online ordering.
Orders can be accepted via post with a cheque/ Postal order made payable to Lynda Kettle. Postage & packing is charged at a flat rate of of £3.50 per order. Please remember to add this to your order. Please allow seven days for cheques to clear.
All orders to be paid for in full prior to despatch.
We will endeavour to despatch items within 28 days of order and receipt of payment. Delivery time is dependent on the turnaround time from the printer.
All prints/giclée are insured by us against damage during delivery. If at all possible please notify us immediately if your print/giclée is damaged on arrival. Notification of any transit damage must be made within 7 days of receipt. Please return damaged goods to the address shown on our Contact & Links page by first class special delivery (with the correct insurance value). A replacement will be sent within ten working days and your special delivery costs refunded.
Refunds will only be made for goods which were damaged prior to or during delivery to the customer.
Customers may cancel an order within seven days of placing it. If prints/giclée have already been dispatched, they must be returned, in their original condition via fully insured postage. Return postage cost will be the responsibility of the purchaser. A refund cannot be made until the print/giclée have been received by us.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the original order payment and upon receipt of undamaged items.
All transactions are protected by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
